Growth and comfort do not co-exist.
I know, I know...being comfortable feels good! We know what to expect when we're in our comfort zone, and know how to handle whatever comes up.
Being comfortable is not BAD, per se. (We certainly don't want to live in a constant state of stress!) But being stagnant takes the zest out of life.
Do you find that you're just going through the motions of your day? Do you look for ways to feel alive and happy because you normally just feel so blah?
What is the "I wish..." thought that pops into your head every so often? Would THAT make you feel alive and happy? What's keeping you from going for it?
I've been working with a few clients on planning their goals for the new year—with things slowing down for the holidays, some of my clients find they have more time to focus on what they want to do next (because they're tired of the January 2nd resolution hangover).
If you want some support with your goals, please reach out. I have two slots open for the remainder of the year before I'm fully booked, and I'm happy to chat with you!
