If you're feeling overwhelmed by your to-do list, frustrated by how slowly things seem to be progressing or stressed about a situation, take a couple of minutes for a quiet break.

Write down at least 10 things that you appreciate and which are going WELL in your life. Most importantly, let yourself genuinely FEEL the calm and gratitude that comes along with this awareness.

Doing this will help pull you out of your heavy, stressful emotions and feel centered again. Then notice how you handle your challenges afterward - you may experience a positive change.
