Are you stuck in anger?

Sometimes anger can be a powerful force to get you moving. But what if you feel trapped in this fiery state and know that it’s not healthy or productive?

Try pulling back your focus to a much wider view that extends WELL BEYOND your frustrating situation.

This can look like letting yourself see gray areas and other possible perspectives of this situation (even if you don’t want to adopt them!)

It can be shifting your attention to other areas of your life in order to remember that your world is SO much bigger than this one issue.

If your feelings are really strong, do something physical to move the emotions through you and return to a calm and clear mindset.

It’s helpful to recognize whether or not your anger will get you to your long-term goal in a constructive way. If not, find a way to clear your heavy emotion to access your inner wisdom and find a better way of showing up.
