An ode to journaling!

An ode to journaling...πŸ˜‰

I ❀️ journaling! Yes, I’m a bit of a word nerd. But getting out what’s in my head and onto paper is SO healing for me.

It helps me see things more objectively, and lets me connect the dots for more clarity and peace of mind.

It frees my brain from the thoughts that keep circling around and around in there. It gives me permission to let go of my mental clutter. And thereby, creates headspace for fresh and inspiring NEW ideas.

Sometimes I forget how healing this practice can be. Then I grab my book and my pen and ahhh...freedom πŸ’—
