How can you be your best over the holidays?

I think it's safe to say that we're now officially into the holiday season. This can be such a fun and beautiful time.

But as a bit of an introvert, I need to be extra conscious about making sure I don't skimp on self-care during this busy time.

While I'm so excited for the special music, lights and decorations, I can also get a little worn out, if I'm not careful.

I already know just how important it is for me to get enough quiet time to replenish myself, so that I can be at my best during get-togethers and holiday to-dos.

When do you tend to feel over-extended during this time of the year? What do you need to give to yourself so that you can have the best time this season?
