Move toward what feels good!

Attending an Abraham-Hicks workshop is amazing. It’s like drinking from a fire hose of inspiration!

My brain is stuffed. I wish I could share all of Abraham’s wisdom with you.

For now though, I’ll leave you with this to chew on:

When contemplating a change, set your sights on moving toward what DOES feel good, as opposed to moving away from what DOESN’T feel good.

You create more of what you focus on, so if you’re thinking about what you don’t want, you’ll create more of the same, undesirable situation.

Instead, identify the feeling, experience or characteristic you do want, then reach for the thought that will take you there. And make THAT happen.

This, my friends, is self-love.
